Pathways: Urgent Assistance

Rent, utilities, car repairs — get connected to emergency support with coaching to stabilize your situation.

Get Immediate Help

Accessibility + Modification Grant

Up to $10,000 in VA for home modifications that help low-income homeowners and renters with disabilities remain safely in their homes.

See If You Qualify

Community Development

We consult with churches and nonprofits on affordable housing and community development — bridging faith, community, and resources.
