For the last 5 years or so SFF has sought to source land area or an existing building to retrofit for a Winchester House 2 project. Faithworks serves as a consultant to SFF in guiding it through this process. In this case, SFF approached the Braddock Street United Methodist Church about converting its surface parking lot into a parking garage with affordable senior housing units above.
