Warrenton United Methodist Church adaptive reuse of excess land area, Warrenton, VA

Faithworks assembled a team of an architect and engineer to layout approximately 44 deeply affordable “tiny homes” for senior veterans in conjunction with Hero’s Bridge, who would become the developer and builder. Faithworks also brought in zoning counsel to work with WUMC and Hero’s Bridge.  Faithworks created a draft memorandum of understanding and refined that document into a long-term ground lease between the parties.
